Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful placement.
We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays, as our team observes scheduled breaks.
In rare cases of high order volume, logistics issues, or natural delays, we will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India using only trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: External factors such as weather, festivals, government restrictions, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery timelines. We’ll notify you in case of any significant delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details at the time of checkout.
If delivery fails due to incomplete/incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Our support team will assist you in resolving such issues smoothly.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

We take utmost care in packing your orders. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with:

Do not accept the delivery.
Immediately email us at reachus@onrealfoods.in with:
Clear photos of the damaged product, outer box, shipping label.
We’ll assess the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund, in line with our Refund Policy.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to:
Natural disasters (floods, storms, etc.)
Strikes, lockdowns, or local restrictions
Logistic disruptions from courier partners

While these are outside our control, we will always keep you updated and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping is available only within India at this time. We hope to expand internationally soon
