Return & Refund Policy
At OnReal, every bar is crafted in small batches using real, clean-label ingredients, natural preservatives, and no refined sugar. Our bars have a shelf life of 9 months, and each batch is produced only as needed to ensure maximum freshness.
Because we don’t use stabilizers or emulsifiers, natural oil separation, slight texture variations, and minor differences in shape or weight (within 52g–60g) are completely normal and safe.
We follow a strict no-refund, no-return policy, except in the following cases:
- Confirmed manufacturing issues such as spoilage (e.g., mold)
- You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Taste preferences.
- Texture, oiliness, or appearance.
- Delivery delays.
- Courier mishandling.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections.
If you believe your product is genuinely spoiled, please contact us at reachus@onrealfoods.in within 24 hours of delivery, and include:
- Clear, unedited photos of the product
- The visible batch code
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
Claims submitted after 24 hours or with incomplete details will not be accepted. We instruct our delivery partners to handle parcels with care, but OnReal is not liable for courier damage once dispatched. However, we will report serious concerns to our logistics partners to improve future handling.
Please note:
- Products sold via discounts, influencer trials, gifts, or promotional offers are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Once sold and delivered, no returns or refunds will be processed unless there is verified internal damage due to production.
If something truly goes wrong, we’ll make it right where it matters.
