Nature of Products

Our products are 100% plant-based and made using real, clean-label ingredients with natural preservatives and no refined sugar.
Each bar has a shelf life of 9 months, if stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
As we avoid stabilizers and emulsifiers, natural oil separation, slight texture differences, and minor shape or weight variations (52g-60g) may occur. These are safe and normal.
Product Information
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, packaging visuals, and ingredient details. However, we do not guarantee exact color or texture as seen on your device screen.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. We may limit, refuse, or discontinue product offerings at any time without prior notice.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund, no-return policy, except in the following cases:

Spoiled products (e.g., visible mold) confirmed upon delivery.
Wrong item or incorrect quantity received.
Transit damage (must be reported with evidence on the day of delivery).

Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Oiliness, texture variation, or minor cosmetic differences

Claims Process
